The brief

The immediate focus was creating a more stable and secure IT environment. That included replacing ageing server and network infrastructure, improving internet connectivity between offices and providing a more secure way for staff to work remotely.

Our solution

Following the initial audit, iTek developed a programme of infrastructure improvements based on the firm’s requirements.

This included replacing the firm’s on-premise server and network switching infrastructure, delivering significant improvements to internet connectivity and introducing a more secure site-to-site VPN between the firm’s offices. Remote working was also strengthened through the implementation of a more secure remote access solution.

Alongside these improvements, iTek has continued to provide responsive IT support, working closely with the Livingstons team to plan and deliver ongoing improvements across the firm’s technology.
