The brief
Laker Legal needed an IT support partner that could provide responsive day-to-day support while ensuring its technology continued to support hybrid working across the business.

Our solution
Working closely with the team at Laker Legal, iTek completed a full audit of the firm’s existing IT environment before recommending a full migration to Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
The migration included Microsoft 365 email, SharePoint for file sharing and collaboration, and Microsoft Teams, creating a fully integrated cloud environment. Alongside the migration, iTek implemented business-grade antivirus protection and supported the firm in achieving Cyber Essentials certification.
More recently, the Microsoft 365 environment has been strengthened with an AI-powered email filtering solution, helping protect the business from email-borne threats and supporting the firm’s approach to handling sensitive client information.

By moving fully to Microsoft 365, Laker Legal now benefits from a cloud-based IT environment that supports the firm’s hybrid way of working while strengthening collaboration and cyber security.
