We are very excited to share with you a new research project from TechMarketView, a leading UK analyst firm, that features inTEC as a key partner for cloud telephony and IT solutions. The project, sponsored by Giacom, explores how small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) can benefit from digital transformation and cloud adoption.

One of the SMBs that participated in the project was Ascot Services UK Ltd, a provider of cleaning and maintenance services across the UK. They were looking for a way to improve their efficiency, flexibility and growth potential by moving to a cloud-based telephony system and a managed IT service. That’s where inTEC came in.

We worked closely with Ascot Services to understand their needs and challenges, and to design and implement a tailored solution that met their goals. We migrated their legacy phone system to a cloud-based platform from Giacom, which offers high-quality voice, video and messaging features, as well as scalability and cost savings. We also provided them with a comprehensive IT support service, including remote monitoring, security, backup and disaster recovery.

Ascot is a facilities management company that switched from a small IT provider to inTEC. The main reasons for the change were to improve business continuity, end user support, and system performance. The transition to the cloud has also enabled Ascot to explore new possibilities for data automation and analysis.
